They sent the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen with the broth in a separate container; which was something I hadn't considered and was thoughtful. Nobody likes soggy noodles. Also, I don't like fish, but the add-on naruto (fish cake) things were pretty tasty. I didn't even taste fishiness.
The ramen was very tasty and flavorful and felt cozy to eat. Keep in mind the time it might take for them to prepare it and order it when you think you have some errands to knock out. I think it was worth the price for the experience.
The Milk Tea was super sweet to me. BUT! I'm finding out that's just how bubble tea is. If you think you can't handle something so sweet, maybe consider requesting it at 50% sweetness.
Overall, I was satisfied with my meal.

Absolutely the best in Waxahachie! Always fresh and always taste amazing. Tried the Rajun Cajun roll today and the crawfish were done just right! I will definitely order this again! The portion was just right!

Ya'll seriously need to be for real when talking about the EBI Shrimp and Hotategai Scallop . The shrimp on that sushi were medium sized, tail on and cooked. The Scallops were small slivers slathered with mayo. Neither of them are as advertised.

The rolls are always amazing and I had poke for the first time and it was also amazing. I will say my only criticism is that for the price the rolls are fairly small but other than that I highly rec this place

I don't normally give bad ratings but I feel like I need to mention that everything - and I mean everything - was sticky. The plastic utensil packages, the soy sauce packets, the packing for all of the different food items. Even the napkins were sticky. It was like I was unpacking bee honey with my fingers and I'm not exaggerating at all.
Additionally, the Ragin’ Cajun Roll and Spicy Salmon Roll were not very good. I will say that Crab Jalapeno Poppers were excellent but all of the other food was sub-par.
The prices are pretty high so I would avoid ordering here unless you have some sort of discount.
