Oishi means delicious in Japanese. At Oishi Kitchen, we provide home made Authentic ramen noodles. Everything including Noodles are made from scratch. We hope you enjoy authentic Japanese ramen/food!
The Ramen noodle Tonkatsu and Black Garlic Tonkatsu are soooo good. It is a bit expensive and the portion isn't big, but the quality is there. The Pork belly is so tender and the broth is so creamy and well made. If you want authentic Tonkatsu ramen get it from here. I'm not exaggerating. Back when they sold bentos they always had authentic sides and some times they were Too authentic, but this place is it. I'll treat myself to this sometimes. I really should sit in at some point.

so yummy and the delivery time was fast. soft Bao buns were so soft and fluffy, and the pork was sweet and tender that melted in your mouth. would totally get again. The Chashu don pork belly bowl (GF) was amazing for the price and how much you get in the order from the pork to the veggies and the egg which was made to perfection. Onigiri - Miso pork belly (GF) was a delight and easy for the road if you want a bite that doesn't require you to sit down to eat. More of a go food but don't let that fool you on the taste and a compact food with massive taste. Love it all and will be ordering again.

The lady at the cash regrister was very friendly and walking in to pick up my food, the resturant looked clean and cozy. I am disappointed because the food was very small for how much I paid. The price for my ramen was over 20 bucks. The pork was thinly sliced and unbraised. I was hoping they'd at least give me the whole egg and cook it for less time, because most people dont want a fully hard boiled egg, they expect a soft boiled one. They were stingy on the toppings, the egg, barely any vegetables and the noodles were very thin. There was a singular slice of naruto. If some the topping are expensive I totally understand the lack of, but things like corn or mushrooms come in cans and are relatively cheap. The flavor was good, rich and the garlic was very tastey. However I spent over a dollar for spicy miso to add, and they gave me the smallest dollop. Why did I have to pay over a dollar for that?

The food was okay but overpriced. The Onigiri - Miso pork belly was good but also pretty salty. The Ramen noodle was also good but it was room temp when I got it and also seemed pretty expensive for the amount of ramen you actually get.

My favorite thing about Oishi is the food is very authentic. The Ramen had the only authentic marinated soft boiled egg in Fairbanks restaurants. The Pork was so tender. Seriously everytime I eat here I try something new.
