I rarely leave reviews on DoorDash, and I almost never use the special instructions section—but their coffee was so good that I actually found myself adding a special instruction just to ask about the other drinks! I was interested in trying something new, but there weren’t any descriptions for the coffees.
Instead of ignoring my question, they went above and beyond. They took the time to patiently write down the names of a few coffees and explain what was in each one. That level of kindness and attention to detail meant so much to me.
You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and truly love what they do, and that’s something that’s becoming harder and harder to find. The coffee was absolutely delicious, but the customer service made the experience unforgettable. It’s clear they put their heart into both their drinks and the people they serve. I’ll definitely be ordering again and can’t wait to try more of their coffees. Thank you for making me feel so valued as a customer!

Chai is VERY strong. Suuuper tasty though! Presentation is pretty bland, little disappointed there. Latte was amazing. Will try again!

Hot coffee poured over ice = watery warm coffee. I could have made this at home and been just as disappointed.
