I've never had problems with the food in the past but I have to say the Pork Gyoza was undercooked.
The Shrimp Tempura coating tasted old not fresh or maybe the oil from the Bento Box I ordered. Please correct for next time.

Everytime I order from Onsen everything's delicious! The sushis always fresh! I've dined in/gotten takeout and they're always reliable!! 10/10 recommend

The Tuna Lovers Roll was tasty but just fell apart and couldnt really be picked up. Messy roll! The rice was thinly layered and didnt go all around, so everything just fell open. I usually love Onsen, but had to ge honest about this one!

I enjoy going to this place often. For myself their menu options have many lower carb options (and of course delish)
