• 29/11/24Order Otaez!!! We love the Taco Salad with chicken! It’s packed with meat and toppings - enough for a few meals - and consistently delicious. the taco shell is always perfection and never crushed. The Rice & Beans side is plentiful and we get Extra Tortillas and make burritos for later. put theEnchilada Sauce and Side of Sour Cream on everything! Delicious!!

• 29/11/23The burrito was huge and delicious. I Love the fact that this restaurant actually read and followed my special request. Also provided plenty of salsa, which most Mexican and Latin restaurants rarely provide.

• 4/3/23Otaez has the best Mexican food in Oakland. I always get red pork Tamales (À La Carte) they make them like my grandmother used to. I also get a side of beans and Rice & Beans, very good and enough for another two meals. Keeps me fed lunch dinner late nite snack. Try them out

• 10/7/22I get the red pork tamale and beans and rice every time. Taste just like my grandmother used to make. And, it's enough for two meals and I'm muy gordo. I get the tortillas often too. They make them there.

• 21/10/24As always the food is deliciouos here. The Enchiladas Mexicanas (Half) is my favorite and the portion is perfect.
Our family loves the Quesadilla with steak that is always flavorful! And the Taco De La Calle / Street Tacos are another favorite - they're a nice size and not 'mini' street tacos.
We miss the Alameda location so using Door Dash is helpful because parking in Oakland can sometimes be tough. But the downside to DoorDash is that the driver(s) aren't always careful with the food (like today) where the food containers were on the side and upside down. :( But the food still tasty.
