Make Your Own Ramen was excellent! The broth was perfection! I got pork broth with bok choy. Will definitely return also the Kani Mango Salad was so tasty and fresh. 10/10 would recommend.

One bowl is super filling I get the Ultimate Tonkotsu White XTRA spice everytime I order from here and it's always super hot, flavorful, and fresh! This is my favorite place to order ramen from and I will continue to order from here.

I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu. Pork was great, very tender and flavorful. All my extras were in the soup and had good portions. The noodles were mid-tier, just felt like something that comes in a storebought ramen packet. And the bamboo shoots did not taste fresh. They were very funky, had a slimy texture, and fermented-tasting, and it messed up the flavor of the rest of the broth. The broth on its own was decent, and hot. But I've had better elsewhere.

The Rock Shrimp was delicious! It was smothered in some sort of sweet sauce but it was still crispy from being fried! Will definitely order again! The Sushi Sandwich (4 Pcs) surprised me by being absolutely delicious! Super spicy and lots of good flavors going on! Will buy again! The Fried Calamari is garbage. Chewy and tasteless.

Tonkotsu Black - Garlic Lover came hot but lacks a lot of flavor. It was pretty bland. Fried Calamari also bland. It was mostly breading. Spicy mayo not spicy at all. Overall everything was lacking a lot of seasoning & flavor. 2 stars bcuz they did package the food well.
