House salad w/addition of chx and Parmesan cheese was delish! Can't beat their amazing meatballs.. yum! And the 4 cheese double dough is a fav. As is the caramelized pear, blue cheese, arugula pie... delish! Thank You OTTO

Pizza was decent , it barely had any toppings on it. Maybe a couple small plops of mash. I remember I used to get this pizza and it had a ton of everything on it. Hadnt had it in a while and was pretty sad . Plus almost 20 bucks for a small is wild for what ur putting on it

Small Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion pizza was undercookedans cold. The breadsticks were overcooked and cold. Paid $1.90 for a side of ranch and the dasher stated they never gave it to him. I have had Ottos in the past with no problems...that was not the case today. .

The boxes were covered in ash so when I put them down everything to coated in dirt- my lap, seats etc. only one small pineapple piece per slice, some missing some all together. No utensils to eat my tiramisu, which was squished. I'm at a hotel so no utensils, so can't eat it. Bottom was burnt, top melted off. Out of 100 pizzas I've had, in my bottom 3.
