The Bloomin' Fried Chicken was hot, fresh and tender. The NEW! Chocolate Tower Cake and Triple-Layer Carrot Cake** are a very nice size, and worth the price.

The food is seasoned well. My rice is hard and undercooked.  The portions are extremely small to have spent over 60.00. Small Three Cheese Spinach Dip was included

Again, the salads were very poor quality. Barely any lettuce or cheese. We counted 4 pieces of cheese on 
one. Every time we get salads, they're like this. I ordered a Slow Roasted Prime Rib*, but they were out. Outback didnt contact me, just gave me a sirloin instead. It was overcooked. It would have been nice to choose my own replacement. They did, however, give me a $10 coupon and free blooming onion coupon. Just would have been nice to make my own choice of meat.

It has been excellent in the past but this was poor, salmon was dried out and dark fat layer was not removed which makes it fishy.  I was sent 2 rolled up seeet potato hulls with most of the potato already removed. Really disappointed. Was once my favorite,

The 22 oz. porterhouse steak was large but I was disappointed it was a thin cut, still it was tasty and grilled medium as requested, and still tender. The grilled shrimp was delicious, seasoned perfectly and the sauce was delicious too.  The sweet potato and the baked potato were good. The blue cheese salad was just okay, it was odd to have candied pecans on it and the blue cheese dressing was not good,
