I was expecting birria tacos, the ones that have a fried tortilla (which makes it harder) also consommé usually comes with birria tacos. But...... the tacos were great and the green sauce was great, I ate the whole plate!!

I have ordered just about everything on the menu from Pacos Tacos. I love the Nachos and the Asada fries, and the Ramen Birria/Quesabirria are both fresh, unique takes on a dish that has been done to death as of recent. There is always enough food , and the portions are in line with their prices. I have not had a bad meal from Pacos Tacos.

Worst tasting food I eve paid for
Stale rice. Did not give me my guac. The chicken was somehow bitter. Won't be ordering again. Lettuce was unwashed and tasted like it. No salsa was included.

Thought when they say "onions and cilantro" it would include more than 1 partial leaf of cilantro for 3 tacos...

Flavor was amazing and portions were even better! Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer!
