the food was great all in all only thing was the quesadilla had ALOT of cheese and barely any chicken and the queso was forgot but that's fine I don't mind that. I know it's one cup for cheese lol I used to manage as a team leader for Edgewood way back. still 5 stars was not disappointed

Last time I ordered guacamole and chips and my guacamole came in a sauce cup??? So I paid the same price for 1/6 of the portion, I understand things can get messed up if things are busy but that was just negligent.

I ordered a burrito and it was supposed to include pico, extra chicken, and steak. There is a good amount of steak, but hardly any chicken and no pico at all. The pico is what finishes the burrito and adds more flavor! This has happened the past few times I have ordered Pancheros!!!

The veggies in the Burrito Bowl were of poor quality. Onion was poorly chopped., one piece was uncapped There was scarcely lettuce.it was not crispy and beans were bottom of pot but
cup of lettuce.

For the cost, bag of Chips and Queso received is not worth the cost. The bag is always half full versus being full.
