The food, as always, with panda was very good, but it was supposed to be a big plate and the To go.carton was a small one. Also, there was not even one packet of soy sauce or any packets in there with it at all.

I had to make white rice because this restaurant that serves rice with literally everything didn't have any. then we didn't get teriyaki sauce with our teriyaki chicken. the orange chicken was hard and overcooked/or old? the noodles were also cold and stale. this isn't the usual quality we get. but it's definitely rough throwing away over fifty dollars. it's a bummer.

The rice isn't cooked all the way, there are hard pieces throughout it. The broccoli is slimy and the beef smells spoiled. The orange chicken is good but that's as much as I can say. I get this all the time and it's not like this usually.

I want to make it clear that the bigger plate I ordered was a major disappointment. The sweetfire chicken, and honey walnut shrimp were all hard and barely edible. Even the egg rolls were hard and seemed to be cooked in old grease. This experience was completely unsatisfactory and I expected better. The only enjoyable piece of the meal was the bourbon chicken.

chow mein always chewy like not cooked through. orange chicken and Kung pao is not up to par. panda in California was always fresh and delicious
