Panda is normally great, they are one of the best at cleanliness.
My only comments if I have to comment are about the size of meat, I only wish they were smaller cuts to make chewing easier.
Other than that, they get 5 stars...

What happened? We've ordered from here many times and have enjoyed it! Tonight's food was awful. Orange chicken was over cooked and tough. The fried rice was dry and tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like plastic.

Good quality seems to depend on who is cooking that day. Not consistent cooking. My Beijing beef is always hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and crispy as it should be and other times it's drenched in the sauce making it soft and mushy. The same times it's mushy is when the orange chicken is mushy too with sauce so it's definitely on the person who is making the food. Disappointing it's not always the same.

Someone new handling the wok? How do you overcook the rice so much that it is inedible?

I LOVE the Kung Pao Chicken and today's tasted just as good as always. BUT... I have never had grizzle and connective tendons in it before.

The Sesame Chicken was new to me. I'll switch back to the Orange Chicken.

I hope this gets back to the Marina del Rey location because something was definitely wrong.

The food was fresh and hot even tho we weren't the first drop of delivery. YUMMY cream cheese Rangoon! Orange chicken was a little bit spicy for me, but I'm wimpy... LOL. Neither of us were impressed with the spring roll. All in all, we were happy with our food and would order again.
