I love their food, though on the expensive side. Every time I order my favorite sandwich I order it with NO peppers, yet see pic.

The NEW Toasted Caprese Focaccia was subpar compared to their past tomato & mozarella panini. There was more arugula than anything else. Very little pesto, maybe one tomato and very rubbery mozzarella. $12 for a whole (small) sandwich that was worth maybe $6 at most. The Mediterranean Veggie is usually my go to, but it was also subar compared to the past quality. Would not order either again; especially given the high prices at low quality.

The picture speaks for itself self. The noodles you see were all that was there. So I had chicken broth with little noodles. Equated to Maybe 2 spoons full. That was very disappointing. I've never had issues with my orders. Disappointed

Everything was great. The Cranberry Orange Slice bread is the best! The only odd thing was in the packaging. We ordered 2 identical Pick2's and instead of wrapping the sandwiches separately, they wrapped them as one. We ordered for three family members, so that was fine , but it would've been awkward if you were having a luncheon or it was a business order for work.

The sandwich was inconsistent with flavor one parts. It was super salty and other parts taste like it had no seasoning. The Fuji apple salad had barely any cheese on it, plenty of nuts and way too many tomatoes, and not nearly anywhere near the amount of apples they used to put on it and I see they also got rid of the chicken they used to be on it. It's bad enough that you downsize from the sizes you used to serve, but the fact that you guys dropped in your quality control is really sad and disappointing.
