• 31/5/24Half Dozen Bagels were so fresh and tasted great! Iced Madagascar Vanilla Latte was really good especially after I added a little bit of the snickers creamer in. Reduced Fat Honey Walnut Cream Cheese Tub is definitely recommended to put on any of their bagels (So so good!). I wish they had a Hazelnut one or Pecan.

• 1/1/26My sandwich was packaged poorly, only came with tuna and lettuce, no tomatoes or grapes, etc. When I've ordered prior to today it was made with all the topping. The Caesar salad was okay, had a huge amount of croutons.

• 16/1/26We ordered a few things that was a big ok. They charged $2 for this rotten banana. The chips were wide open and falling out in the bag.

• 24/12/24I have had this chikwn and rice soup many times. It has alway been delicious. It was disgusting tonight. Celery and carrots were pretty much raw. The 1 piece of chicken was too tough to chew. And I think there might have like 5 grains of rice.. the soup tonight was not fully cooked.

• 14/4/24We ordered two of the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwiches and they were terrible. There was no BBQ sauce on the chicken or in the bag. I asked that no onions be put on one of the sandwiches; but both still had onions anyway. Plus, there was barely any chicken on the bread. I mean who wants to eat all that bread with such little portions of meat for $12 per sandwich? No sir, no ma'm, I certainly would not. Also, I know the type of bread used for this sandwich is naturally firm, but the bread was too hard to chew, and the Baguettes were not even wrapped in paper or anything, they were just thrown in the bag. I'm not sure if this is standard or not, for this is my first time ordering from your restaurant. However, I didn't like that idea at all. I like for my food to arrive to me wrapped. The fact that it was inside a sealed bag was great but still I think it should have been individually wrapped. After this experience I'm not so sure about trying anything else. I mean we (the family) were so looking forward to trying this sandwich for someone did recommend we try it. Unfortunately this was not a good meal for the family tonight. At least the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup were the only good parts of tonight's meal.
