Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup was incredible. Still warm until I finished it. I will say I thought I ordered the soup that comes inside of a bread bowl but then I looked at the prices. Next time I want to try that one! Finally the Candy Cookie was perfectly cooked for me. Not burnt but also not warm either. Just soft melt in your mouth goodness I am actually craving this meal again. The drink was ok or whatever...it was there...no stars taken away lol

Creamy chicken wild rice soup and the mac n cheese were both phenomenal tasting. So was the strawberry banana smoothie, but it cost nearly $8 and came in what appears to be a 12 oz. kids sized cup. Panera should either charge less or provide a bigger smoothie cup. I also wish the baguette side came with some butter to spread on it. Oh and the portion of cream cheese with my bagel was pretty paltry, considering it cost me a $2 upcharge. There should be two of those cream cheese cups included for the price.
Giving 4/5 stars because everything tasted great, but yeah the smoothie was anemically tiny and the cream cheese wasn't an adequate amount for my bagel.

I always seem to forget how outrageously overrated and overpriced Panera is until I make the mistake of ordering it. First of all, I ordered a loaf of Black Pepper Focaccia bread and was given a loaf of plain bread. How difficult is it to read a ticket and put the correct item in the bag? Second, the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup tastes like reconstituted soup mix. Extremely bland and texturally off-putting.

The chicken noodle soup is really good but for $10 it's a small cup. They should make it a little bit bigger. I would had given them a 5 star
