They always forget the croutons for the Creamy Tomato Soup but its delicioud and the Kitchen Sink Cookie is salty and wonderful and Magic.

The servings are very small for the price you pay. For example, the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl is just a tiny bowl of rice with a couple of pieces of chicken and broccoli. $15.59 is absolutely absurd. NEW Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt - Stacked Toasted Baguette is just a baguette with sauce and a couple of small slices of tomato. Once again, $15.59 is WAY WAY too much for this piece of bread.

All 4 of them where burnt, such an expensive sandwich to come with the wrong type of bread, burnt hard as a rock and looks as if they put a paper thin egg and not even a full slice of bacon!

Really, Panera? The soup cup was less than half full, and the grilled cheese was burnt and poorly assembled with about half the normal amount of cheese. I've ordered from this Panera many times and always had a great experience. Not today.

We usually enjoy Panera but this time was awful. The Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich was supposed to just have turkey, cheese, and tomato but it had turkey and mayo instead. The other sandwich had way too much mayo. The French Baguette Loaf and baguette sides all had a weird taste almost like they were old and almost moldy. The sandwich I actually wanted was the new ciabatta steak sandwich and they didn't even have it available. Very, very disappointing.
