Our order was spot on! The Oatmeal Raisin with Berries Cookie was very fresh, the soup was delicious & very much appreciate that utensils were not forgotten

$10 for 3 tiny bites of "soup" if you can call it that. A whole bowl of broth and a couple tiny pieces of chicken, and some shredded up noodles. Not sure I even got one full noodle in any of the 3 bites I got.

Sent Panera to a friend who was trapped at home, sick. Got a half sandwich (chicken bacon ranch - which she enjoyed) and a bowl of Homemade Chicken Noodle soup. Unfortunately she would probably have been better off making it at home, because it was nothing but broth, two noodles, and two tiny chunks of chicken.

When you pay $15 for a salad and receive a dressing container that's only 1/4 of the way full, it's unacceptable! This is the 2nd time I've ordered a salad and received almost no dressing. I'm through with Panera. The dressing filler needs some additional training!

I ordered broccoli cheese soup and strawberry lettuce salad with nuts and poppy seed dressing. The soup is excellent, however, the salad had way too much lettuce, not enough pecans, and the strawberries were sour. you could barely see any nuts because of it had so much lettuce. Additionally, there was barely enough salad dressing to be able to mix into the salad. Again, just too much lettuce for the small amount of dressing.
