Loved the food but as always it's far too expensive for the portions.

I paid $14 for half of a salad. They were too busy putting that nasty dressing in my bowl. That I said I didn't want. to add enough chicken and lettuce and why would you put the croutons on the salad instead of on the side? they'll be soggy by lunchtime. Panera is overrated

Order fulfillment was terrible. We order two Pick2 meals. On the soup/salad meal, they gave us the wrong soup and sent a cup instead of the bowl . And for the soup/sandwich combo, they didnt send any soup at all and the "new" crossant sandwich was burnt. Ridiculously poor service and bad food.

The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl tasted good, but was over cooked; portion size was smaller than a child's meal and couldn't eat the chicken.

Both the Iced Caramel Latte and Madagascar Vanilla Latte were ridiculously watered down and lacking in their distinct aforementioned flavors. You could notice this issue just from the drinks' appearance alone; light enough to pass as milk.
The saving grace for the whole order were the pastries which looked and tasted as described. The Banana however was much too ripe for my preference, unless I intended on using it for banana nut bread (which I wasn't).
