Food is amazing, the broccoli cheddar soup is outstanding, the strawberry banana smoothie is divine. Their bagels are 10/10. Their customer service is phenomenal. They were out of one of the types of bagels I ordered, so they replaced it with another type I ordered and threw in extra.

Quality of food not as good as it used to be. The $9 tiny grilled cheese is not even grilled. Like a kid took cheese and popped it in the microwave and made it themself. I could have done that at home. Food not worth the price.

I paid $15 for 3 bites of this Caesar Salad. How scammy to give this amount of food for $15... it wasnt even good.

The broccoli soup had NO chunks of broccoli as shown in the web site photo. The grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled or even toasted. Tasted awful. The tomato soup was good, but I ordered and paid for a bowl of tomato soup and they sent me a cup of soup. Overall, not a good experience.

The NEW Chicken Bacon Rancher did not have any bacon on it. My order had a small amount of chicken on it, but it was good. It honestly looked & tasted like a chicken sandwich. The Bistro French Onion Soup was concentrated, meaning salty. For $60, the expectation was high I guess.
