Not sure what was going on today... Everything is normally great but today, all of our sandwiches were ordered as whole and the tuna came as a half. The protein was seriously skimped. The sandwiches are normally thick but the tuna was basically flat, had to be half what is normally given and the BLT literally only came with 2 pieces of bacon. Panera chai lattes are normally incredible and very flavorful but the one I got today tastes like chemicals, had my sister check it too to make sure it wasn't me. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed, especially for the price point.

Diet Pepsi was nice and crispy freshing. Kitchen Sink Cookie was very tasty and well portioned, and the Broccoli Cheddar Bread bowl was delicious as well.

I ordered two salads and a bowl of chicken noodle soup with three French baguettes as our sides. Instead, we got three bags of chips, 2 basic salads and a broth soup with a few noodles and chicken. For $32, I would never order from Panera again. There is also no option to customize your order, I wanted to add chicken to my salad but there was no option to add this. Terrible experience, lesson learned. Hope no one else makes the mistake we just made by ordering here!

I was looking forward to this fresh salad. There were no oranges in it. No nuts in it only 3 cut strawberries, 4 blueberries, and little to no pineapple. Very disappointing.
