• 8/11/24This is a half grilled cheese??? It's a half of a half and it's not even grilled. It's just bread and cheese. We've ordered this many times before and this is unsatisfactory.

• 4/2/25The macaroni is always good. Most of the time I order the Ciabatta Cheesesteak They forget the cup of au jus. The au jus totally makes the sandwich because it tastes good and softens the bread as you eat it. I keep ordering it because I love it so much but today, yet again the forgot the au jus. You can't even leave a note to ask them to please remember it.

• 5/8/26I paid for 2 large salads and was given 2 small. Paid for raspberry iced tea and did not receive it. Absolutely terrible service.

• 5/10/26Flavor is fine but who ever checks the bag with a smiley face as their signature marked that my apple was in the bag and it wasn't and honestly, the fresh fruit is the only reason I ordered from here. Disappointing. The food I received is good though.
