I have ordered the same Sandwich and Soup/Mac Half Bacon Turkey Bravo with Mac and cheese and bread as a side for 2 years. The sandwich itself had a major change last year (for the worst but was still good enough to keep buying).
The portions have been inconsistent for the past 2 or 3 months. With each reorder the quality goes down too.
Last time the bread on the sandwich was smaller, the veggies were old, and the cheese was almost non-existent. This time the French bread that comes with the sandwich was skinny and tasted funny. I almost ordered a full French baguette too but I'm glad I didn't if this is their new recipe. Panera bread just isn't good at bread anymore I guess.
Good Mac and cheese this time at least. (have gotten a half portion when ordering a bowl previously so decided not to risk watching the money this time)

Soup was cold , reheated and taste great. Grilled cheese was terrible . Not grilled but globs of cheese baked in toaster oven then put together , it looked and tasted gross

Not a fan of the salad. All the weird spring mix no actual lettuce just gets mushy quick. And the steak has a weird texture.

I really like Panera but the sandwich today was not good. It was way too much bread for not enough meat or cheese.
