very small kabob, expected a lot more for the price, as the picture is deceiving as well. Got lamb, and it was very fatty, which I didn't anticipate. Hence why I didn't choose the beef. it could have been better, way better! Definitely proportionate to the cost!

I have ordered from Paniz twice --- once the vegetarian kabob and once the beef kabob. On both occasions, the side dishes were good, but the quality of the main dish was disappointing. The rice was mushy and subpar to what you expect from a Persian restaurant, and the beef kabob had a strong smell of burnt oil.

The Shish Kabob was dry and there was only 5 pieces of meat to eat.
