The first time we tried Makondo it was delicious and flavorful. Both times we ordered the Bandeja Paisa. However the second time was terrible. Im not sure if they changed chefs but there was no flavor in the food. There was barely any seasoning especially in the beans. They were bland and needed salt. The Tostones were over cooked and burnt. My husband called to speak to the manager but they were not there. Very disappointed and will not order from there again.
