Requested extra sauce on pizza and did not get it. Pizza was cold and dry. Ordered was missing 4 extra sauces ordered and was missing 2 liter soda. Luke, the manager, was kind and had the 4 missing sauces and drink delivered. He was the only positive experience.

I ordered extra cheese on the cheese pizza,did not get. On the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, the meat was so dry we couldn't eat it. The peppers and onion were only on half the pizza. Very disappointing.

If I could rate zero, I would. This was ordered with onion and tomato toppings across the whole. It had four or five small pieces of onion and, instead of thin slices of tomato, there were a half dozen tomato cubes across a large pizza. The crust was ordered thin and there was very little cheese. It came without warning, no doorbell, and sat a half hour before I realized it was there at the front door. So we ate it semi-cold. Pre-COVID, delivered by Papa Johns (not DoorDash) and Papa Johns was good; this is my first order since COVID and it was very bad. $30.00 including the tip was a serious a ripoff. FOr only $6.00 more I could have ordered from Empire for the same; that would have been worth it.
