Everything was great. The Works Pizza was tasty, reminds me of shaky's pizza back in the day. Plenty of toppings

The Tuscan Six Cheese Pizza was very blah. The crust was underdone, and 1/4 of the cheese slid off the top. Expansive and very underwhelming. Reminded me of something I might have gotten from a foodcourt Sbarro many years ago. And that not a good memory.

Got every good as expected, fresh Buffalo Wings & Double Chocolate Chip Brownie, Bacon Cheesesticks were a bit cold due to dasher wait but still good overall

After spending 20 bucks for chicken 5 pcs , putting them in a bag to be delivered to me would have been appreciated.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza late in the evening, and unfortunately the presentation and overall experience were very disappointing.
As shown in the photo, the pizza looked carelessly prepared. The cheese was unevenly distributed, several slices looked thrown together, and the overall appearance gave the impression that very little attention was paid to quality control before it left the store. While I understand late-night orders can happen during busy periods or near closing time, customers should still receive food that meets a reasonable standard of presentation.
I did eat one slice, but this review is based primarily on the presentation and overall experience. The condition of the pizza immediately made me question the care that went into preparing it. In addition, I noticed an unexpected pepper flavor in part of the cheese despite ordering a pepperoni pizza, which further reduced my confidence in the order.
Whether the pizza was rushed due to a late-night rush or employees trying to finish their shift, the result was a product that looked sloppy and ultimately ruined my appetite. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect a pizza that looked like it was prepared with care.
Overall, I was disappointed with the quality, presentation, and experience, and I hope management takes customer satisfaction and food presentation more seriously in the future.
