My order was not prepared, it felt like they didn't check the app orders, I had to wait there until they started the pizza from scratch. The pizza was poorly made and not a lot of cheese and meats, very overcooked. Not a good experience.

my order from papa johns was not fresh. I ordered 2 small cheese pizzas that looked and taste like they had been sitting in a warmer for a long period of time. I order food and groceries on door dash often but this order is terrible from papa johns. I would like to be compensated from papa johns on this order.
