Gave me ranch sauce when I never asked for it I had ordered the garlic sauce. The pizza had no taste. That usually has a very good flavour and the crust was hard and rubbery used to be my favourite pizza place. I'm hoping this is just a one time thing.

Absolutely loved the service at papa John's I honestly think it will be a long time until I get pizza from anywhere else. Amazing taste freshness and 10/10 customer experience.

pizza was bland, they forgot my extra order of pepperoncini's, the garlic knots were overcooked and had barely any butter/parm sauce. disappointing.

Super Hawaiian Pizza was overcooked and dry. The store did not follow the order details and square cut it as requested. None of the Special Garlic Sauce and Original Pizza Sauce were included as ordered. Com namon Pull Aparts were dry and bland also. Overall disappointed with quality of food and ability to follow instruction.
