the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza tastes beautiful, but I paid for added mushroom and pineapple, which was not added in my pizza. I lost almost $6 for nothing.

Order was completely wrong and pizza wasn't even cooked. Received two boxes of plain breadsticks even though I ordered only 1 box of Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks. I ordered two stuffed crusts pizzas that were apart of a deal and received only 1. The meat lovers pizza wasn't even cooked all the way, dough was still raw.

Food was good. WAAAYYYY TO EXPENSIVE. Don't bother buying the Papa Bowls. 10 Dollars for not even 2 oz of food. I ordered chicken, spinach, alfredo sauce, mushrooms, jalapenos, bacon, cheese and extra cheese, there was literally 5 tiny pieces of chicken, 8-10 pieces of canned mushroom, 1 tbsp of bacon bits, maybe 2 oz of cheese and 1/4 cup of spinach. I could've scooped it all into a half cup measuring cup and it wouldn't even fill it up 3/4's of the way. Huge waste of money though it was tasty. Cin.Pull Aparta and Garlic Knots are the best thing on the menu. Too expensive still. Buffalo sauce is unique which is nice.

I ordered 2 pizzas. One cheese and one ultimate pepperoni. My ultimate pepperoni barely had pepperonis on it. I've also ordered garlic Parmesan wings (well done) they were not well done. And they had no flavor. I was not pleased or at all satisfied.

An employee made sure to call me right after getting the order to let me know a product was out of stock and the options to replace or refund. Great customer service! The food tasted great, we'll continue using Papa John's as our go-to pizza spot.
