half of the pizza was undercooked and when I called Papa John's to request a new pizza the person on the phone was very rude

First time ever from this store, I received pizza with (doughy) crust. usually it's not a normal thing from them so I question their oven Temps. I order from them a lot so I'll order again. never been a problem before but not into eating raw dough. I'll give them another chance.

Pizza was delicious but not totally as ordered We ordered black olives on the pizza but got onion instead . My husband cannot eat onions so he has to try to pick them out . Otherwise it was excellent. Still hot on arrival .

The pizza I ordered turned out to be very small. The entire order was terribly overpriced for what we got.
