The quality is normally great here. For some reason, it was just not good tonight. The breadsticks were burnt, hard, and dry. The pizza, for which I asked for 3x (max) cheese, was average at best. The cinnamon pull-apart was burnt and hard as a rock. Tonight, everything lacked flavor. The breadsticks and pizza were very boring and sad. Not normal for this place. Must have just been a bad night here. It happens sometimes.

The pizza toppings were just thrown into one place, and very sparse. The cheese was normal even though we asked for extra. Overall there was no care taken for our order.

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. I called and spoke with the manager. As the picture shows it's less than a regular amount. can't see it. he didn't apologize and the only question he asked was my name n told me to contact door dash. the one in Longmont did the same but they apologized. Firestone Papa John's doesn't care. their food is good. but their customer service gave them 2 stars.

last couple of times I ordered BBQ wings they were really bad!! Tasted like boiled chicken and barely any sauce.
