arrived on time. pizza looked and tasted very good.

My pizza was horrible. There was 4 to 5 inches of crust on one side, with zero crust on the other. Half of the pizza was undercooked. The garlic knots were either underdone or overcooked. The garlic knots box was a mess with garlic and grease all over. And it was not prepared when the dasher got there - it was not made for at least an extra 40 minutes.

Things were missing from the order, I was told that, " they're not in stock." The items were still on the DoorDash menu and I was refused a refund. Additionally, my pizza wasn't fully cooked, I had to finish baking it at home. I didn't ask for it to be undercooked, it just arrived that way.

I ordered pick up not delivery and had to practically beg to get my pizza. It wasn't until the employee seen there was no address on the box before he believed me there was no delivery driver coming to get it.

the cheese stcks were real thin and hard. there weren't many toppings on my pizza. very disappointed
