good food just don't follow directions well always order square cut but always get normal cut but no other complaints

I ordered well done and it was mushy soft. Green peppers and mushrooms as toppings and hardly any.

Didn't ask for extra sauce at all...pizza had so much sauce the entirety of toppings were falling off from one bite.

My experience has been consistently poor. Ive always loved papa johns and the flavor is still the same good flavor but every time I order my pizza is under cooked and floppy. I cant hardly eat it. I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.
