It was pretty good and the brisket was not dry. Sausage had nice flavor I liked the pickles in the potato salad and the coleslaw was good
Can we however normalize putting utensil in door dash items please.

Normally, Papas is on point. Everything tasted good, but the sides portions have gotten so much smaller! The Pork Ribs had more fat and a Large bone than meat. And Beef Brisket had so much fat and little meat! The baked potato had very little meat also!!!

the food was awesome I would definitely order this again. the ribs were cooked so well that they were falling off the bone. the ham had a nice Smoky flavor too which I like. the food was good by itself without the barbecue sauce. definitely order this platter for yourself.

Delicious. I asked for potatoe trimmings on the side and the ortions were perfexrll geneous. Everything was fresh. Thr extra lean brisket for baked potatoe and brisket sandwich is the BEST!

I ordered the Family Board from Papa’s Barbecue and honestly it was a mixed experience. The sausage, pulled pork, and ribs were actually pretty good and had decent flavor. However, the brisket was extremely dry and disappointing, especially since brisket is supposed to be the star of any Texas BBQ place. When you’re paying for a family board, you expect the main item to be done right. The dry brisket really brought the whole meal down. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency.
