sandwich of course wasn't as large as the picture shown, big surprise there, but it was indeed delicious...maybe not worth 10.99...

not at all worth the money, flavor of Cheesesteak is ok, size is ridiculous, the bun is like a soggy hot dog bun. The fries are lukewarm and taste like nothing.

The food is decent, but I wouldn't say it's worth the price. The closest comparison I have for quality is Arby's on a middling day. That said, it isn't bad. The packaging might have been the problem, but I don't think it was. It was prepared and delivered in a timely fashion.

I barely had any chicken and no bacon on this order and no cheddar cheese sauce like it shows in the pictures. And I also had the same issue with the cheesesteak. I received more onion and peppers than I did meat and the pictures show that. I will never order from this place again. And my drinks taste like water when it's supposed to be a Mr pibb and a coke

Every time ordered there it's been the same product that wasn't the previous order. It must be a shame on me scenario for ordering there as many times as I did knowing full well it's a ghost kitchen. Wouldn't feel like as much of a bait and switch if the sandwiches kept getting increasingly better but that isn't the case in this scenario. For the value I understand why the quality has deteriorated
