This is an IHOP. I would never have laid the amount of money I did for a cheesesteak nor ordered one from IHOP. The onions were barely cooked and the sandwich stuck to the foil and fell apart it was soggy. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 cheesteaks, 1chicken strip with fries and Donut Dippers and it was 95.00 before tax. Which I would happily pay at a legit cheesesteak place but not ihop.

Beware of this Seattle cheesesteak place all they did was order a steak and cheese from IHOP. They even brought it to me in a sealed IHOP bag. I had thought I got the wrong food, but then realized there was a steak and cheese inside. They just double the price of what IHOP charges you for getting it.  I had it delivered to a downtown hotel at about midnight thinking it was a Seattle local restaurant, but it was IHOP. Really disappointing...

Thh IHOP bag & receipt was confusing, the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries were pretty good but the Cheesesteak left something to be desired. It may just be due to the fact that I don't like onions, so I order everything w/onion, the sandwich was bland, I guess I expected more from a place with Cheesesteak in it's name to make a better Cheesesteak than other places. I pretty regularly order a Cheesesteak from The 5 Point Cafe & they're always delicious. It wasn't inedible but it wasn't satisfying either. 🤷🏻

the cheesesteak was wet and flavorless, and missing sauce. the overpriced brownie was small and mass produced, not at all like the photo. the lemonade was watery. To say the food was subpar is an understatement. But it arrived warm and on time.
