Horrible.. will never order again,the Cheesesteak had no provolone and the cheese sauce was actually 1 slice of cheese which only is on a small portion of the sandwich. Very dry and lacking flavor. Bread was soft and fluffy.
I ordered 2 orders of Fries and chick5 Tenders & Fries. They forgot an order of fries and portions of what we did get were small.
We paid for extra cheese sauce on side and didn't get that either.
so disappointed

the cheese on the sandwich was not melted and I seen onions whicich shouldn't have. eerhthing else fine wasn't sure if extta cheese was their.

I cannot believe i paid 13.00 dollars for fries. Literally, plain, Buffalo Tender Loaded Fries. Do u see the title? Yes, thats what i expect , heres what i got. atleast i was given ketchup to help get these down. idk what id do otherwise.
oh but the sandwhich was good

I have a couple of issues with this establishment. First, the couple times that I’ve ordered from here they forget the extra sauce that I pay for. It’s a reoccurring issue and for whatever reason they can’t get it right. Second, the paper that they use to wrap their cheesesteaks sticks to the meat and is a very difficult to remove. They need to change the wrapper that they use. This unfortunately will be the last time that I order from them as a result of these two issues.
