there have been very few times where I have not been satisfied with what I ordered! Such great quality! I love the Cheese Pizza, it is the best pizza around/in Boulder County... the sauce is rich, the cheese, and seasoning is high quality, and I add ricotta to make it even better(or if i splurge Ill also add prosciutto), which ends up so delicious with the perfect crust. when the pizza is the absolute best is when the crust comes golden brown, the crust has the perfect thin and thickness. when the outside has a nice crunch but the inside is soft melt in your mouth... it is the best.
the calzones, like the pizza had an immaculate crust and when it is braided just right it is a beautiful thing. and no end to fixings you can add or customize. Another thing I love about Parma, is that they serve coccoli! one of my favorites... everything tasted homemade, yet high quality

The chicken Pollo Parmigiana was not great and definitely not worth the price. For $30 I was expecting a fairly premium chicken cutlet and large portion, but I felt the chicken was over cooked and not great nor was there much flavor besides the tomato sauce which was just fine. It came with a side of penne Alfredo which I did enjoy their Alfredo sauce, but they gave me a very small amount of Alfredo sauce and pasta especially for the price. I also ordered focaccia bread which was actually pretty good and fresh, and came with a side of I believe pesto which I also thought was good. Overall I might order again, because the food was fine, I enjoyed their focaccia but will probably not order the chicken Parmesan especially with the $30 price tag.

The Pappa Bolognese hit the spot it was so good and it was a pretty large portion size I split mine into 2 meals. I got the split Half & Half Gnocchi but I don't recommend the Gorgonzola choice unless you know for sure you like that cheese. The gnocchi was perfect we just picked the wrong sauce for us. I recommend meatballs if you're thinking about it they were so good!! So happy to stumble onto this restaurant!! Will definitely be eating it again.

Delicious fresh grilled salmon, lots of steamed spinach,minced garlic butter sauce and mashed potatoes make a great and filing combination. Salmone Carciofi highly recommend.

Delicious arugula salad with an ample piece of grilled salmon and slender stalks of asparagus. Perfect with the fresh lemon dressing. I added avocado and parmesean. Really great meal.
