Food tasted great and was well-portioned. However, I have ordered from here three times and my order is never correct, there is always a missing item, and each and every dasher has reported a bad experience with the staff. This is a shame because I do like this place.

Burger was good, but the waffle fries were lacking. For an extra charge for fries, I got like 11 of them? Don't order the extras - that was some bologna.

The Doordash menu listed a Ruben sandwich option, which I ordered. When I went to pick up the food, they informed me the order did not include the Ruben because the restaurant doesn't serve it? There was zero communication from the restaurant in the half hour from order to pickup and no offer to substitute.
Other items ordered: Spicy chicken sandwich w/ fries (6/10). Decent flavored sauce, thick pickles, but the chicken was a very uneven cut - which made half of the chicken sandwich skin and breading.

Burger bun is too firm. Side was labeled "waffle fries" but were actually sweet potato waffle fries. They had two items with identical pictures labeled Mac and cheese in their menu at two different price points.

They forgot my chicken so salad was whatever and only like 2 pickles were actually deep fried. Dropped the ball in so many ways.
