Side of Chicken Katsu pieces were less than I normally received as a frequent customers since they opened. I asked for extra katsu sauce but I only got 2 (small 1/2 filled containers) that was not enough to share as I had planned!!! If they can't accommodate the customer with sufficient amount, I say, have a section on the Door Dash App to purchase them!! The shoyu taste was too strong and the Kalbi short ribs was too oversoaked. They need to recheck their ratio of what how they made the sauce. The Kalbi didn't taste fresh. This is not the first time something happened with the Pearl's Special Plate.

I've been a frequent customer since they opened in Laulani Shopping Center. The portion sizess are generous and can easily feed two adults. I've reached out to the store on prior orders to ask if they have a new cook because the food, veggies doesn't taste the same. They said no! The Side of Meat Jun & BBQ Chicken Plate not soaked enough & no taste. The Mac salad had took much mayonnaise.

So much food! Very delicious! I had 4 sides and then went in the next day to get some quart takeouts of the sides. Money well spent, excellent food.

Bbq chicken was perfectly 'ono!! As well as the fish jun plate w/ veggies was yummy! The veggies was good and crunchy too!
