This place rocks. Their coffee and Lattes are always made perfectly. Their food is good, warm and fresh when it arrives.

Ordered the Iced Matcha Latte and the Bacon Cheddar Brioche. The matcha latte was only halfway filled and looks like it had been made at least 2 hours before, and the bacon cheddar had the texture of a breakfast sandwich that had been left out overnight then reheated again in the morning. Dont waste your money.

The Bacon Cheddar Brioche was soooo Goood it didn't even stand a chance ! With the Caramel Macchiato was the perfect combo to get me through the day !

I cannot brag enough about how much I LOVE the vegan plant based breakfast sandwich. Or the vegan pumpkin spiced oat cold brew. THANK YOU PEETS. You are the GOAT.

This espresso chai latte might be the best beverage I've ever consumed. The breakfast burrito is FIRE. I haven't had the scone yet but I needed to at least submit a review for these two items - honestly, this latte is surprisingly delicious. Maybe my new favorite spot for chai lattes??
