Chicken & Waffles Sandwich is absolute fire and the Havana Cappuccino is top notch. Budget friendly too. Highly recommend.

Hi so the Smoked Ham & Cheese Crispy, was delicious and the Horchata Cold Brew Oat Latte was bomb aswell, the only issue is when I arrived to the Location, I asked if they had added my mashed Avocado in my sandwich, they said everything should be there. So I opened my order my sandwich had no avocado which I payed extra for. And my drink did not have Whipped Cream that I also payed for. That's the only issue and staff isn't too welcoming. I had to ask for a bag to go since there were no cup holders for my drinks & I can't carry everything in one hand. Other than that food was great.!

This Peet's location has the best people and the drinka are always crafted to perfection. No one. Makes an iced Iced Caffe Latte like Peet's!
