I ordered the light steak sandwich and it was just literally a teaspoon of meat plopped in the middle of the sandwich - not even at least spread out! Half of my fries were just okay and the other half were burnt/too done! Very disappointing! At least put a heaping tablespoon on the bread and spread it out and don't cook the fries too long! Giving Penn Station a very long break! There's other places that are more generous with their portions!

Fries were dark brown, bitter and cold. Some were even raw and stuck together. Bacon was partially cooked on the BLT. Had to finish it in the air fryer. Wonder how often they change their grease in the fryer.

Thsi is all the fries I got there are like 2 pieces in the bag just all bad when I come in and order at leaves my fries be filled up

Hardly any toppings on the sandwich. Fries and sweet tea were good. Nothing like Penn Station used to be. Very disappointed.

Fries were so undercooke they were inedible. I know they never cook their fries enough and they are always soggy but these were exceptionally soggy and bad. The sandwich was okay.
