My husband and I got two Cheesesteaks and we both were disappointed in the taste of the sandwiches, and even more so for the cost of the items. Picture included in mine, and you can see it was majority onion (top of pic) compared to the meat & rest of sandwich. We both commented days later how excited we were for our sandwiches but how disappointed we were for the taste of these. The consistency of PS could use some improvements.
On a positive note, he did enjoy the Fresh-Cut Fries!

Has always been a go to restaurant of mine but I have not had it for awhile. I got the Chicken Teriyaki and it was ok. Could have had more chicken, it wasn't much at all. The grilled onions were great but the mushrooms were left on the grill too long and were tiny black charred specs. I ordered banana peppers which were also omitted. READ the orders please! Could have been much better. It's always good when you eat in the store and can actually see what they are doing so that they don't leave your sandwich on the grill too long. Won't order through door dash again but will go back to eat in.

Food was extremely soggy, fries were very undercooked and gross. All of my food arrived literally falling out of a hole in the bottom of the bag. Poorly packed and handled, poorly made and cooked. Very disappointed

This sandwich had very little on it compared to what I normally get. Not enough chicken, mushrooms, peppers, etc. and no pizza sauce at all!! Disappointing as I love this sandwich, usually.

Received a "sandwich" that was entirely NOT what I ordered. Barely any chicken (on a large!), missing onions, mushrooms, AND grilled banana peppers!! Just a few sad green pepper pieces were on it. Chicken Teriyaki
