The fries were anything but fresh & the cheesesteak (ordered with extra Mayo) had NO Mayo @ all.
I've never had a bad experience eating in-store or with carry-out. Not sure what happened here but they really dropped the ball!

The cheesebread came cooked like a sandwich with like 2 pieces of cheese. The share size of French fry was not even almost full. This was a complete ripoff.

the sandwich was perfectly balanced. I got the Grilled Artichoke and added mushrooms and onions. the lemonade was Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade tasted taste and sweet but not too much of either

I understand last-minute order can suck, but 30 minutes is still enough time to do a fair job and still close up. Didn't get the fries i ordered, the sandwiches were sloppily made, and cut crudely. This is service I expect from places like Subway, and even they do a better job and at a cheaper price. Very disappointing to see a place I value to give me bare-minimum service.

There was very little meat on our sandwiches. Very disappointing! 3 small sandwiches, 1 regular sandwich, 1 large sandwich and 1 order of fries, for $80.
