Quality sure has dropped. Got a large Italian classic. 2 tomatoes and a few silvers of lettuce, bread was too raw tasting. So greasy. For 16 bucks a sandwich, disappointing. Last time I order here.

The Cheesesteak was great. The Fresh-Cut Fries, however, weren't fresh. Usually they are, and well salted, but this time around they were stale and bland. The Cheesesteak is the best part of this meal.

Specifically asked for NO cheese on the grilled Italian. Unfortunately, it was added and melted. They obviously read some instructions because they did not put onions on it. Cheesesteak was good and as expected. Fries were cold. Perhaps a different packaging for Door Dash orders? A lid? No napkins provided.

This was my first time eating here, I got Cheesesteak sub and fries. First let me say I'm a real picky eater and dont care much for meats, I can live with or without it. But let me tell you that sub was the (Bomb), it was absolutely delicious, I'm hooked it's the best sub I've ever ate.
