This was the best I had received through Doordash. Fries were still crispy and seasoned well. Sandwich was made perfectly, and sauces were packaged on the side, so sandwich was not soggy! Thank you to the Pepper Jax staff working today! You were superb!!

I ordered a Side Salad and the lettuce was brown and had some mold. Dissapointed. I have always like the chicken nachos and the Philly steak.
If your order the small side of pepper jack cheese sauce it comes in 1/2 Tbsp cup, not worth the $1.79

I ordered the STEAK BOWL and it was poorly made. I had maybe 3 chunks of steak, few beans, and rice and dry. No salsa or much of the toppings I paid for. It was not nearly worth $17.

Good food for the prices. Consistency is lacking in terms of food portions. This is the second time at least that I have received a sandwich with barely any meat and mostly bread.

rice was mixed into my Philly, cheese was just laid on top. 1/4 of the Philly had nothing in it, had to rearrange the meats and vegetables to fill up the bread.
bowl - no carrots but had jalapenos instead. the Asian sauce seemed rather salty.
and the big one, no forks, knives, spoons or napkins
