My Caramel Macchiato wasn't good at all, it was just blended coffee until I added the caramel that they sent separately in a little container. I didn't add any extras, I just wanted them to make it the way they normally would. I guess making me add that caramel to it is how they normally do it for delivery orders? I don't understand. The Chunky Monkey was at least flavorful without having to add anything. The chocolate Muffin was not good either, I think I tasted a little coconut on top and I absolutely hate coconut. If that's normal for the muffin then it needs to be in the description. Even without the coconut flavor, it is just not a good muffin. Would not recommend for delivery orders, stick with going there if you must. Or go to Scooter's, I'll stick with them. Portion: good, Freshness: not the muffin, Taste: not good. Would not order again.

Latte was good but it was plain. There was no syrup or flavoring and I paid extra for it.
