The uni C05. Uni Spaghetti with Scallop / 北海道海膽帶子意粉 is quite lovely and creamy - could use something like chilli crisp but overall very nice.

The best food I have ever had, period.
The ox tongue stew was a first for me, but the broth was dark, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection with a compliment of well seasoned potatoes and vegetables.
The crispy milk pudding was perfectly fried and very crisp, with a delicious custard-y flavor.
The beef striploin omurice was just *chef's kiss* excellent seasoned beef on top of an omelet-like egg stuffed with fried rice, all swimming in yet another delicious broth.
This is now my favorite restaurant!

Dont order a cold dessert with hot food because they will put it in the same bag and your ice cream will come melted. C10. Braised Oxtail Stew / 和風紅燴牛尾飯 was good. The C11. Mentaiko Udon with Scallop / 明太子帶子烏冬 was disgusting.
