And I wish the takeaway bag isn't a fabric tote bag. The last thing I need is another non-recyclable tote bag. This honestly will factor into whether i'll order again.

At such a high price, it’s shocking that what’s underneath is just pre-made food. Don’t order this wasabi octopus—it’s completely not as described. And it actually costs $13? The eel rice roll is also overpriced, the portion is surprisingly small, and it doesn’t even taste good—there are even a lot of small bones in the eel.

the lamb was under seasoned and had no flavour even when mixed in the cream pasta :( disappointing because i liked this from the store in person. the strawberry slush was fresh and tasted good though. but melted when arrived.

the CO5 Uni C05. Uni Spaghetti with Scallop / 北海道海膽帶子意粉 was GREAT, nice creamy sauce. could not get a good mouthful the plastic fork ( inc. ) kept bending and everything falls off, from too much weight Ill use a metal fork next time

I always order chicken katsu curry and asking for extra sauce. They never do. It's either almost no sauce or only half has put on. I'm really not safisfied. Look how they sent an order. Its so dry looking compared to what they advertise.
